Section Six This section deals with the events of the period that came after the fall of the Ottoman Empire in the year 1922 AD; specifically in the month of October 1922. The year in which the Ottoman Caliph was deposed and exiled to the islands of Malta; King Daniel called it the time of distress. King Daniel said: "This is the time of the fall of the Ottoman Empire. When the Ottoman Empire falls, the world will be in distress, and the people will be in a difficult situation. This is the time of distress." Indeed, the period after the fall of the Ottoman Empire was very harsh for all the inhabitants of the earth; it was devastated by its international and civil wars, its ethnic and sectarian conflicts, and the severity of its famines and natural disasters. Millions upon millions died as a result of all this. World War II alone caused the deaths of over 60 million people. Therefore, this century deserves the title of the bloody century.

This period's duration was specified by the King himself in his saying: "When will this period end? When will the distress end? When will the world be relieved? When will the people be saved? When will the world be restored? When will the people be happy? When will the people be prosperous? When will the people be safe? When will the people be secure? When will the people be free from worry? When will the people be free from fear? When will the people be free from oppression? When will the people be free from injustice? When will the people be free from tyranny? When will the people be free from all these things? When will the people be free from all these things? When will the people be free from all these things?" King Daniel said: "This last period of humanity's life will last, God willing, one and a half crises, meaning 105 lunar years, which is equivalent to 103.5 solar years. Its end will be, God willing, in the year 2026 AD, which is also the year of the descent of Jesus, peace be upon him, God willing."
