The years that separate two events, from which the two verses or one of them were revealed, and so on; so that the position of the two verses has a connection to this number intended in itself; and the evidence for this style in the Book of God Almighty is abundant. We mention two pieces of evidence: 1. Verse 158 of Surat Al-Nisa', in which we read about the ascension of Christ, peace be upon him, and the denial of the claim of the Jews and Christians that he was crucified: "And [for] their saying, 'Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.' And they did not kill him, nor did they crucify him; but [another] was made to resemble him to them. And indeed, those who differ over it are in doubt about it. They have no knowledge of it except the following of assumption. And they did not kill him, for certain." If we calculate the numerical value of these words using the Gaml system, we will find it equals 816. When we count 816 verses after this verse, we will find it is verse 103 of Surat Yunus, and we read in it: "And it is not [part of] the Quran that the devils brought down. And it was not befitting for them, nor would they be able. Indeed, they are from the hearing removed." It is as if this verse from Surat Yunus complements the meaning of the other verse from Surat Al-Nisa'. And above this, the numerical value of the words of God Almighty: "And [for] their saying, 'Indeed, we have killed the Messiah, Jesus the son of Mary, the messenger of Allah.'" is 499. And the words of God Almighty: "And it is not [part of] the Quran that the devils brought down." is 994. It is not hidden that the connection between these two numbers is that they are opposite numbers, or they are one number inverted.
2. Verse 30 of Surat Al-Tawbah, in which we read: "And the Messenger has said, 'O my Lord, indeed my people have taken this Quran [as] something abandoned.'" The numerical value of these words using the Gaml system equals 999. When we count 999 verses before this verse, we will find it is verse 259 of Surat Al-Baqarah, and we read in it: "Allah - there is no deity except Him, the Ever-Living, the Sustainer of [all] existence. Neither slumber nor sleep overtakes Him. To Him belongs whatever is in the heavens and whatever on the earth. Who is it that can intercede with Him except by His permission? He knows what is [presently] before them and what will be after them, and they encompass not a thing of His knowledge except for what He wills. His Kursi extends over the heavens and the earth, and their preservation tires Him not. And He is the Most High, the Most Great." This means that this man who passed by the ruined villages on their roofs is the one who will be aided by God's peace. And many commentators have said this.
I will suffice with this to move on to extracting some of the timings of the events of the end of time, and we say, and with God Almighty is success: Click here to return to the index Page 41 The Explanation of the Timings of the Events of the End of Time
